Responsibilities

: 

• Create programming based on verbal operants 

• Conduct assessments and placements of learners based on VB-MAPP level and age

• Develop Treatment plan for each learner 

• Train RBTs to run social groups

• Supervise social groups and provide feedback to RBTs for continuous improvement 

• Consult with parents

Requirements:

• Part or full-time opportunities

• Minimum of 3 years with BCBA

• Experience with verbal behavior, fluent with verbal operants

• Ability to problem solve

• Creativity 

• Motivated to coach
